Samsung opens new premium shop
Accra, March 31, GNA - Samsung Electronics, has opened its new premium experience shop at the plush Icon House in Accra.
Mr. Kwang Kee Park, Managing Director of Samsung Electronics West Africa, said customers needs were very important, and that the new premium shop would provide easy access to Samsung products and services.
The new Samsung Experience Shop at Icon House is at the heart of the business community with a lot of offices and business activities and we hope that this will afford busy workers easier access to quality smart Samsung devices without the hustle of vehicular traffic among other inconvenience, he said.
Mr Park disclosed that the shop would offer customers the full Samsung experience across smart phones category, while trained shop assistants and managers would provide world class customer services.
He said Samsung was in partnership with banks such as Barclays, Standard Chartered, Ecobank, Stanbic, Uni Bank and Fidelity, to provide customers with the new Galaxy S5, and that they would allow customers to pay over a period of 6-12 months, interest free.
Media practitioners at the ceremony were given the opportunity to be the first to preview Samsungs latest flagship device, the Galaxy S5.
Customers were also given the opportunity to preview the Samsung Gear 2 and Gear Fit with dedicated Galaxy specialists highlighting the uniqueness of the devices.
The preview would be on-going at selected Samsung shops, with Samsung specialists at all the venues to assist the public with the needed information.
