Kpone (GAR), May 18, GNA - The Kpone- Katamanso Municipal office of the Electoral Commission has been abandoned by officials due to poor network connection.
The officials did not put up any notice before deserting it for over a week now and as a result, prospective voters who had visited the office to have their lost Voters Identification cards replaced, went back home frustrated.
Mr. Francis Otu, a local voter who now lived in Nungua, told the Ghana News Agency in an interview that he had been to the office on four occasions this week but met no official to attend to him.
