Accra, Dec 4, GNA - Freebody Entertainment, the management of Ghanaian superstar Patapaa, has been adjudged the Best Management of the Year at the just ended Central Music Awards (CMA).
Freebody Entertainment saw off competition from Crew Cut Entertainment, Don Kafa Entertainment, Harbour City Records, Hakell Entertainment and Dailey Entertainment to win the award.
Mr. Frank Freebody Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of Freebody Entertainment in an interview with the Ghana News Agency, commended all who had supported him so far, as he set sights on discovery music talents in the country.
''Most Ghanaians know my work in the music industry and how keen I am to produce and help talents. They know how far I have gone with Patapaa and my influence towards his career and so I’m not surprised for grabbing the award because I know for sure that I have worked hard for it.
"I must say I am happy and it feels good to be appreciated for your good works and it will boost my morale for the future.
"Thanks to all who have supported me especially my family , the people of Agona Swedru and Central Region and Ghana as a whole,'' he said.
The CMA is organised to celebrate and acknowledge the efforts of thriving artistes, promoters and other industry players from Central Region annually.
